Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and gifts are included.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. 

Notes: 

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • Returned items will not be resold. No restocking fees apply.

Refund Policy

We'll process your refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees aren't refundable (unless we sent you a defective item)
  • Your refund amount might differ slightly depending on your payment method

Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

Timeframe: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and provide your order number. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Refund: Full refunds will be issued for orders cancelled before shipment.

  • Please return the product along with its original packaging and all accessories.

Warranty Policy

ADORNEVE furniture products come with a one-year warranty. The warranty covers:
